With 25 years of mercurial electronics under his belt, it’s a joy to welcome Edinburgh’s Dave Paton for Dream Ticket’s fourth release. This is a clear-cut case of big things coming in small packages: on the A, both slices of elegant pressure level up mid-track into their evolved forms; while on the B, Miami bass and Texan electro continually mutate into ever more extravagant versions of themselves. 2-for-1 never sounded so expensive.
